At COKODIVE BULK BUYS, we strive to ensure your inventory is perfect, but we accept returns on eligible bulk orders within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Approval & Documentation
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a detailed shipping manifest.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the bulk shipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
